30-day returns
Return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We replace the item at our cost, including return shipping.
How to start a return
- Email parts@oemtronics.com with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 1 business day with a return address or prepaid label.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item being received.
Exceptions
Opened chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons unless defective. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
