What we collect
When you order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (WooPayments / Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) through cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including sharing your name and shipping address with the supplier or carrier that fulfils it.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your enquiries.
- To calculate sales tax and prevent fraud.
- To improve the store and, if you opt in, send occasional product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the store: payment processing (Stripe), order fulfilment partners and shipping carriers, tax calculation (WooCommerce Tax), hosting (Hostinger) and analytics (Google). We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your session and measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout will not work without the essential ones.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing parts@oemtronics.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information and do not discriminate for exercising these rights.
Retention and security
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to staff who need
